What we do

That's what we do. Email, files, scheduling, quoting and invoicing, practical AI help — the operational side of your business, handled. We build the machine once, so it nearly runs itself.

How it works

1. Free diagnostic conversation (45 min). We talk through what's not working in your operation. No pitch, no written report — just an honest read on whether we can fix it.
2. Systems Audit — $750 flat. A two-week diagnostic ending in a written punch list: every broken workflow, ranked by what it's costing you, plus a fixed quote for the build.
3. Build blocks — $1,250 per 10 hours, prepaid. We fix what's on the list. Time is tracked against your tasks, and you always see what was done.
4. Monthly retainer — $750/mo (6 hours). Ongoing operations support, 3-month first term. Unused hours roll one month. Work stops at zero and resumes on the next payment.
